We aim to have items posted within 3 working days of placing your order. If for some reason this can't be done you will be contacted and offered a full refund. 

All international orders will be send by signed for post, tracked where possible, if you require any insurance please do let us know as this may be extra costs. 

We cannot be held responsible for any import duties / custom charges.
