Refund policy

All items are second hand, this means that they may have general ware, we will always disclose any major issues. 

However if you receive your item and are unhappy we will gladly accept a return, as long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving it. 

We will not be held accountable for the returned postage. Unless we've made a mistake. 

When refunding / cancelling an item(s), we will deduct the fees we’ve paid as we are no longer getting refunded them. This will vary from 3-5% depending on your payment method. 

Returned items will not receive the original shipping costs back in the refund. 

Please note we do not cover the customs fees on returned orders.
